Though largely presents footage you have viewed before, there are indeed glimpses of few never-before-seen shots featured here, particularly at the end of the clip where a man jumps to put long cut down a dragon's body.
Hitting both conventional and IMAX theaters on November 16, 2007, "Beowulf" uses similar photo-realistic version of the "performance capture" technique Zemeckis applied in his 2004 work "The Polar Express." Story is adapted from an Anglo-Saxon epic poem about the titular hero who must fight and defeat a monster named Grendel also his mother, who begins killing out of revenge.
